Before 2021, Perficient had successfully delivered several projects for J&J, albeit with a total revenue of less than $700K. The real opportunity emerged when Perficient’s Life Sciences experts presented a Clinical Data Review Platform (CDRP) Point of View (POV), showcasing their deep industry knowledge and expertise. This presentation led to an invitation to participate in an RFI for J&J’s initiative aimed at improving patient data flow within clinical trials.
The challenge was twofold: navigating the delays caused by the pandemic and developing a proof of concept (POC) that would address J&J’s critical needs. The primary concern for J&J was to find a user-friendly, future-proof solution for clinical data review and cleaning that would ensure the safety and efficacy of its clinical trials across the organization.
