The development of the NextGen FMC Dealer platform presented a unique challenge: to create a system that allows for extensive component customization while maintaining strict adherence to design principles. This endeavor was crucial in meeting the diverse needs of users nationwide, spanning sales, service, parts, and finance teams. The opportunity here lies in revolutionizing the way Ford dealerships operate, providing a unified, adaptable tool that enhances efficiency and user experience across all facets of dealership operations.

We took a step back to create a new site that was built from the ground up to allow authors the ability for component customization while staying true to the design guidelines. This was driven by function, utility, defining a simplified experience and a streamlined layout for dealers.
